Lock-In starts at 5pm Saturday. Activities will start shortly after set-up. Activities planned are dinner, special guest, white elephant gift exchange, and gaming all night. Also, a potential for a campfire. Parent pick up is at 6am Sunday morning.

The cost for this lock-in is $20 per attendee and will be paid via PayPal at the end of this form. Cost are to cover meal and special guest.

GUESTS – Please complete the A & B health forms at the following link and bring them completed to the lock-in. These forms must be provided to attend the evenings activities.
